Two different charges

Your plan. Your members’ purchases.

The creator subscription

A paid plan is a recurring subscription for running your communities. It covers the listed capacity and capabilities. It does not include purchases made by members.

Sales to your members

Paid community and group access, courses and resources use one-time member purchases. Creator sales carry a 5% platform commission.

Card processing fees are also deducted from creator earnings. A creator subscription does not remove the platform commission.

What can I start with on Free?

A free community supports conversations and shared links. Creating courses, uploading hosted files and charging for access require an eligible paid community slot. Check the current plan list above for availability.

Can I change or cancel a paid plan?

Manage your subscription in account settings. Cancel anytime; cancellation and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. Review any applicable charges and capacity changes before confirming a plan change.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Your plan limits the communities, members, groups and hosted content you can add. You may need to free up capacity or choose an available plan with higher limits before adding more. Contact us if you need help choosing.

How does yearly billing work?

Eligible plans show an effective monthly cost and the full amount billed annually. You save up to 20% compared with paying monthly on eligible plans. Monthly-only plans are labelled individually.
